One of Newquay’s famous five beaches, Lusty Glaze Beach is a popular haven for swimmers, surfers and beach lovers.

Surrounded by high cliffs and lapped by the Atlantic Ocean, the beach has fine, golden sand and a secluded charm that makes it a safe and scenic option for holiday makers and locals alike. The privately owned beach is open to the public 365 days a year. It is patrolled during the summer months by lifeguards from the National Beach Lifeguard Training Centre, which is located at Lusty Glaze.

Lusty Glaze Beach continuously wins a Marine Conservation Society Recommended Award, meaning it has the highest possible standards of water quality and safety.
